CSR Activities
ADF has always recognized that its business is a part of the community where it operates. The Company believes that its investments must result in long-term sustainable growth as well as economic and social progress of the rural and urban poor. We have undertaken various CSR initiatives so far including construction of toilets under Clean India Mission, sponsoring education of urban and rural underprivileged students, women empowerment , medical aid for needy people , support to physically challenged people, contribution to environment protection by creating awareness for avoiding usage of plastic , animal welfare etc . Clean India Mission: ADF is proud to be a part of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’ initiated by the Government of India and has been actively making its contribution by constructing household toilets in rural areas. During our survey, we found that most of the households in rural areas of Nadiad District were without toilets . Education Support Program: ADF aims to enable more children to continuously attend school and to enhance the educational environment in India. In India, which has the largest population of young people in the world, a large number of children either cannot attend school at all or finish primary education. IDA INDIA is a non profit grass root level animal protection organization. In Defense of Animals, India (IDA) was founded on 31st October 1996 with an objective to neuter street animals and render treatment to ill / injured ones. ADF has provided financial aid to IDA during FY 2016-17.

Cheshire Homes India, Mumbai : Cheshire Homes India, Mumbai (CHM) is a non-profit organisation established in the year 1956. ADF has been providing financial aid to the needy people who can’t afford medical treatment. During the Financial Year 2015-16, the Company donated Rs. 15,00,000/- to Mahagujarat Medical Society which runs a multi-specialty hospital at Nadiad, Gujarat. During the FY 2016-17, the Company contributed Rs. 5,00,000/- to Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital for van based eye screening of urban slum children.
